Your experience begins before you ever touch the table.
Warm water in a basin of hand-hammered copper. Dead Sea and Epsom salts, coconut milk and raw honey, with whole rose petals, chamomile and lavender turning slowly on the surface. This is your threshold — the place where the day is set down, and time begins to move differently.
To meet someone at the door with warm water is among the oldest kindnesses there is. Older than any of the work that follows it, and offered here for the same reason it has always been offered: not as a service, but as a welcome.
Ten to fifteen minutes, long enough for the warmth to find the muscle and soften the skin before a single hand is laid on you. It ends with warm towels and clean slippers. Step in, be still, and let us hold space for you.
