Salt & Bloom
Terms of Service
Last updated August 15, 2026
These Terms govern your use of the Salt & Bloom website and the treatments we provide. Because we come to you, several of these terms concern the space we work in and the safety of both guest and practitioner. By booking a treatment, you agree to them.
Our Services
Salt & Bloom provides mobile therapeutic massage, advanced facial treatments, and on-location services for events, delivered by licensed practitioners at a location you provide within our service area.
All practitioners hold current [STATE] licensure. License numbers: [LICENSE NUMBERS AS REQUIRED BY FLORIDA LAW].
Our services are for relaxation and general wellbeing. They are not medical treatment, do not diagnose or cure any condition, and are not a substitute for care from a physician.
Booking and Confirmation
A booking request is not confirmed until we confirm it in writing. Submitting the form on our website does not by itself reserve a time. We confirm requests by email within [CONFIRMATION TIMEFRAME].
You are responsible for giving us a complete and accurate address, along with any gate code, building access instruction, parking guidance, or pet information we need to arrive on time.
Pricing, Deposits, and Payment
Prices differ by market and are shown on our Services page for each city. Pricing may vary with travel distance; a travel fee of [TRAVEL FEE AND RADIUS] may apply beyond [INCLUDED RADIUS].
Packages and longer treatments require a deposit as shown at booking. Deposits are applied to the cost of your service and are [REFUNDABLE / NON-REFUNDABLE — STATE WHICH, AND ANY CONDITIONS].
Payment is due [WHEN PAYMENT IS DUE]. We accept [ACCEPTED PAYMENT METHODS]. Package sessions expire [PACKAGE EXPIRY, IF ANY — CHECK STATE RULES ON EXPIRATION AND GIFT CERTIFICATES].
Cancellation, Rescheduling, and No-Shows
Please give at least [CANCELLATION WINDOW, e.g. 24 or 48 hours] notice to cancel or reschedule.
Cancellations inside that window may be charged [LATE CANCELLATION FEE, e.g. 50% of the service]. Missed appointments where we have travelled to your location may be charged [NO-SHOW FEE].
Because we travel to you, arriving to find no one home carries the full cost of the visit. If you are running late, your treatment may be shortened to protect the appointments after yours, at the full price.
We may cancel or reschedule for weather, illness, vehicle failure, or safety concerns. In that case you may reschedule or receive a full refund of any deposit.
What We Need From You
For a treatment to go ahead safely, please provide a clean, private room with space of roughly [REQUIRED SPACE, e.g. 8 by 10 feet] for the table, access to an electrical outlet, running water for hand washing, and reasonably safe parking within [PARKING DISTANCE].
Pets must be secured in another room. The space should be free of smoke and of hazards underfoot.
We bring the table, linens, oils, and towels. Everything we bring is cleaned and sanitized between clients.
Health Disclosure
You agree to complete a health intake honestly and to tell us about conditions, injuries, allergies, medications, pregnancy, recent procedures, or skin sensitivities that could affect treatment.
Some conditions make certain treatments unsafe. We may decline or modify a treatment for your safety, and may require clearance from your physician. The Deep Resurfacing Peel is not suitable for all skin and is offered only where appropriate.
If you feel discomfort at any point, tell your practitioner and the treatment will be adjusted or stopped.
Professional Conduct and Safety
Our practitioners provide strictly professional, licensed therapeutic treatment. Any request for services of a sexual nature, and any inappropriate comment, contact, or behaviour, will end the appointment immediately and will be charged in full. We may decline all future bookings.
Likewise, a practitioner may end a session and leave if they judge the environment unsafe — including intoxication, aggression, unsecured animals, or anything that puts them at risk. The full service fee applies.
Draping is used at all times during massage, and you may keep on whatever clothing you prefer.
Guests Under 18
Treatments for anyone under 18 require consent from a parent or legal guardian, and [STATE WHETHER A GUARDIAN MUST REMAIN PRESENT FOR THE FULL TREATMENT].
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by [STATE] law, Salt & Bloom is not liable for indirect or incidental damages arising from our services, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for the treatment concerned.
Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for gross negligence or willful misconduct. [YOUR ATTORNEY SHOULD REVIEW AND ADJUST THIS SECTION — LIABILITY LANGUAGE IS STATE-SPECIFIC AND EASY TO OVERREACH.]
Website Content
The Salt & Bloom name, wordmark, written content, and photographs are owned by us or used under licence, and may not be copied or reused without permission.
Information on this site is provided in good faith but may contain errors or become out of date. Prices and services may change.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of [STATE], without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of [COUNTY, STATE]. [IF YOU WANT ARBITRATION OR A CLASS-ACTION WAIVER, YOUR ATTORNEY MUST DRAFT IT — DO NOT ADD ONE WITHOUT ADVICE.]
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms. The date at the top shows the current version, and the Terms in effect when you book are the ones that apply to that booking.
