Relaxation Massage
Long, flowing strokes and warmed oil, paced to slow the breath. Nothing deep, nothing corrective — this is the one to book when the goal is simply to be still. You will feel it let go somewhere in the first ten minutes.
Clinical Massage
Focused work for the places the body has been holding. Myofascial release, trigger point, and deep tissue pressure, adjusted to what you can take that day — firm where it helps, never forced. Cupping layers onto this one well.
